Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, or contact our support team via email.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping and Inspection

  Ship the package to our Dubai distribution center using a trackable courier service; our technicians will then inspect the unit for functional integrity and serial number verification.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once the inspection is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
